REACH - Pre-registration - The first step
From 1 June until 1 December this year companies located in the EU manufacturing or importing chemical substances have to register them with the European Chemical Agency (ECHA). Failing Pre-registration means to the company that manufacturing or importing after 1 December 2008 cannot be continued until a registration with the ECHA took place.
