Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Key Account Manager (m/w/d) (Biologe, Chemiker oder Betriebswirt mit gutem naturwissenschaftlichem Verständnis) für den Bereich Business Development.
Die ibacon GmbH ist mit über 160 Beschäftigten ein hochqualifizierter, international tätiger Dienstleister für die Chemische Industrie. Wir arbeiten mit Kunden rund um die Welt und haben im Business Development mit vielen Kulturen und Sprachen zu tun. Unsere Arbeit sorgt für eine nachhaltige Umwelt und bietet dem Sales Manager vielfältige und interessante Aufgabenfelder. In unserer GLP-zertifizierten Prüfeinrichtung führen wir eine Vielzahl verschiedener wissenschaftlicher Studien zur Ermittlung der Ökotoxizität und des Umweltverhaltens von Chemikalien durch, die zur Einschätzung potenzieller Umweltrisiken gesetzlich vorgeschrieben sind. Unsere Tochtergesellschaft Vali Consulting GmbH führt Beratungsdienstleistungen im gleichen Marktumfeld durch.
Ihre Verantwortung:
- Pflege und Ausbau des bestehenden internationalen Kundenstamms (Agrar-, chemische und pharmazeutische Unternehmen)
- Bearbeitung und Nachhaltung von komplexen Kundenanfragen von der Angebotserstellung bis zur Beauftragung
- Verfolgung relevanter regulatorischer Entwicklungen (REACH, Biozide, Pharmazeutische Produkte, Pflanzenschutz)
- Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Stärkung unserer Marktposition
- Mitarbeit an der Entwicklung von Marketingkonzepten
- Mitwirkung an Messen sowie anderen Kunden-Events
- Verhandlung von Verträgen und Preisen
- Umsatzverantwortung
Ihr Profil:
- Idealerweise haben Sie Erfahrung in der Zulassung von Chemikalien oder im Vertrieb von komplexen naturwissenschaftlichen Dienstleistungen, mit nachweislichen Erfolgen
- Berufseinsteiger sind gerne willkommen
- Kontaktfreude, Kommunikationsstärke – insbesondere die Fähigkeit zuzuhören - und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Pro-aktive selbständige Arbeitsweise und klarer Wille zum Erfolg
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind essenziell, eine weitere europäische Fremdsprache ist von Vorteil
- Gutes naturwissenschaftliches Verständnis, gerne mit Fokus auf Regulatorik in einem der genannten Märkte und/ und Interesse an der Ökotoxikologie
